1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Alternative AI's generative biology platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Alternative AI provides advanced computational biology services, including but not limited to protein sequence generation, structural modeling, and target discovery API access.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless governed by a specific Enterprise SLA, intellectual property rights for de novo generated proteins reside with the client. The underlying ML models and Bio-AI algorithms remain the exclusive property of Alternative AI.

4. Compliance and Ethics

Users are strictly prohibited from using our sequence designs for bioweapons, synthetic pathogens, or any applications that violate international biosafety regulations.
